Screaming Baby

For the last 3 days Emma has been DIFFICULT to put down for nap or bed or anything really. She's uber clingy and just plain pissed. I'm going to have to take her in to the doc to make sure her ear aren't infected or some damn thing. As I write, she is in her crib wailing away. She has been all morning. If I hold her same thing. I needed a little break. My brain hurts.

Wyatt screaming as well. When he is throwing a fit he has found that ear sting note in his scream. Know what I mean? The scream not so freakin high that it feels like its piercing your ear drum ? Lovely.

Better things.... Emma's two top teeth have broken through. She's a huge drooly mess....but maybe now we might be seeing relief from the bitchy 'tude?

Wyatt ingenuity continues to surprise me. He has this T-Ball set, we've lost the top piece that would make it the right height to hit off of...she he just put the ball on top of it and hit it low to the ground. Well then he wanted to start hitting a volleyball off the T....and of course it didn't stay because it was missing the piece....he pulls off a piece of drain pipe from the house and does this...

I've finished my cake decorating classes. My finished product using the techniques I have learned so far...
Not the most beautiful thing in the world....but its coming along :)
Oh...also made creepy clowns too...

I love being a mom

Wow... there are some conversations you never think you'll have until you got kids....
WARNING: TOILET HUMOR

Wyatt: (Checking out his package in the tub) "Maybe theres a bone in there?"
Mom: No, No bone, but kinna like hard tuff skin on the inside.
Wyatt: (Checking it out) I feel it!! Its like, all crunchy and breakable!
Ahhh yes..the joy of boys.

Class 2 of Wilton Cake decorating is complete -- and this is my rainbow cake. So, this class demonstrated....frosting a cake, making proper writing, tracing a pattern with piping gel, doing zigzag motions and stars with a star tip and in each rainbow color there are 3 rows of stars. What a painstaking pain in the ass that was.

Milestones

We've hit a few milestones in our household this last month.
Emma's has learned to clap her hands, crawl, say mama, and has stood up holding onto things.
Clapped Hands - March 6th
Said MaMa- March 7th
Crawled- March 8th
Stood Up- March 24th

After 4 years I've finally convinced Wyatt that its a good idea to wear a hat on sunny days...

Wow does this stuff ever go quick! Its amazing. I was spoiled with Wyatt. Because of his prematurity all these milestones were really spread apart. I got to keep him a "baby" for 3 extra months. Does it always go this quickly with "regular" babies ? This begs the question... Do we want to add another to Team Ski ?
We've had serious talks about this. Because of my weekly injections, cerclage and inevitable C-Section over my already 4 time opened up abdomen.. I'm thinkin' I may not want to be pregnant again. So we were thinking adoption. Then... SOMEONE just haaaaad to go and kibosh my fantasy land that adoption is easy and free. Yikes.

Oh...I started a cake decorating class... and THIS is my first ever Wilton Roses....They're ugly...

Anywho....
I've cut my hair short. It hasn't been this short since 9th grade. How many years ago was that ? 10 years ? aaaak. Im thinkin' I like short hair. Talk about easy...especially since she cut all the "thick and bulk" out. Used "texturizing" scissors and razors and a bunch of other neat tools. Ahhhhhhhh.......a light head. Its nice.
